It’s called going AWOL and you get dishonorably discharged, which is the same as felony charges and get locked up. You can’t just leave the military bc your political views. When you sign up, you literally sign your rights away to the Fedgov.
There are ways to not deploy to a foreign war without destroying your life and future, but for now its easier to stick out your contract during peace time. The Gov is not in a new war just yet.

And they will full on, no doubt, bury hundreds of thousands that “just said no.” There are plenty of military that have no problem serving under a Biden admin.
You don't need to, you literally just need one general with loyalists to take out a few higherups and assume the role of commander a la every military revolution that ever took place. You can file for a refusal of orders, argue illegality of orders and tie that shit up until your term of service runs out, and then they give you a general discharge. And if you are female or "not white" you can also counterfile for discrimination and get a deal for general.
