I had thought about starting a stripe-equivalent payment processor. But realized that wouldn't work because the major CC companies could cut me off (and by extension, all my customers) at any moment unless I enforce their "rules."

We need an equivalent service for every layer in the financial system I guess. Including our own credit cards.

Visa is usually REALLY risk adverse when it comes to anything so this shouldn’t be surprising. Albeit, not good but unsurprising nonetheless.
