We need an equivalent service for every layer in the financial system I guess. Including our own credit cards.

Visa is usually REALLY risk adverse when it comes to anything so this shouldn’t be surprising. Albeit, not good but unsurprising nonetheless.
...which is why alienating half the US is a somewhat surprising move.
Of government should stay out of the affairs od private business, then corporations should stay oit of government affairs.
