So LG uses android software for their phones, which basically makes it a Google phone. There's not anything you can do about that. You're only option is to buy an Apple phone right now (I used to hate Apple but tbh it's really not much different from android stuff anymore). I believe Linux released a phone recently or they are going to release one soon. Linux would have their own software on it and you could choose what you wanted to download on your phone. Then there's also old Windows phones. I actually liked them, but they are several years old now and very outdated.
