The Federal Reserve has never seen or been through a full audit, never mind a forensic audit, of all of their actions, directives, investments, etc., since the 1900's when they were first created.

We have been asking for decades. Maybe we should get a million pedes to circle the New York Fed and ask in person, it does seem to get results.
Yep, and clearly, simply asking does NOT work.
