4)Will they make DC and Puerto Rico a state?

6)If they are successful in the above, does it matter if Trump runs in 2024?

4 you are incorrect as the DC mayor has already stated that statehood is top priority. Tbh I am unsure about Puerto Rico.

PR was the reason for the no. Half PR doesn't want statehood, but we see how the wishes of 50+% of the population matters... so who knows.
Because there could be a reaction to impeachment which the dems uses as an excuse to get rid of 2A, and then 1A cant be enforced. Its already practically defunct as it is. And I honestly doubt Trump would run after this mess so, if its none of the above, its just to be petty.
