It is unfortunate that we have to write this, it has come to our attention that there was an incident at one of our locations of Fiesta Mexicana. We would first like to state that we do not condone escalated behavior. We believe that every person has the right to believe in whatever and whom ever they choose. We are only here to operate our business within the community we live in. We are a family owned business that has been in Nevada for over 10 years. We are a hard working family and we respect everyone's autonomy. Along with this we have been following the COVID 19 guidelines given to us and all eateries in Nevada by our government. We have to follow the guidelines given to us in order to remain open and keep our community safe. We are looking seriously into this matter and do not take it lightly and We will take the needed disciplinary action based on the findings of our internal investigation. We appreciate everyone's business no matter who you are. We apologize to anyone who was offended or hurt by the actions of one of our employees. This does not reflect our values or mission which is to serve quality food to our community. We must also recognize that we are all going through difficult times together and emotions/feelings can become more intense, we have to remember to be patient and kind while navigating the rules as they change. We support our employees as well by providing a safe work environment. With that in mind we cannot support/ serve customers who mistreat our employees. Please understand we are doing our best to meet customer expectations and keep our employees safe.
