At least one of the senators from LA (Kennedy) stood up and called in to question the EC. The other douche did not so I wouldn't call Louisiana a RINO stronghold

Yet the state has a contract with dominion. Out of 64 parishes, only 11 came out for Biden but equaling nearly 40% of the vote. There are a lot of democrats in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, sure, but no way they turned out 40% for Biden without RINO numbers.
