So, just a thought. Can the Senate impeach a former President?
If no, then this is just an attempt to impeach him if he manages to overturn lyin byden’s inauguration and he remains as President. This just provides an Avenue for the immediate removal and overturning the inauguration of Byden would piss off enough rhinos that they might actually vote to impeach. In truth, the evidence for impeachment doesn’t exist, Abe any impeachment by the house lacks due process.
