Its not a battle of wits though. Everyone knows how corrupt they are, and they don't care. They've had decades to solidify power with the help of the law enforcement community as their hired thugs.

This is a battle of wills. There is no secret legal loophole to win. We know that now, because the judges will simply look the other way. The law is dead, and the only justice a man can get he has to carve out for himself.
