I cannot believe how thoughtless that (probably automated) response was...see my OP earlier today with my short email response to her request for money. I thought it was concise and polite, but apparently she (they, its) thought I was declaring war for telling them how an old man truly feels. I wish I was 20 years younger because I fear what's coming, but I won't go down the way they want.
