It would stay in the main cities. No rural. Or mostly not rural. At least up here, that would spread an outfit too thin. I dunno. I see rural folk cutting off transfer of crops to businesses and rural areas closing off. We're all armed. So...even troops arriving wouldnt be an issue. Unless the bastards got a foothold in the cities and secured things. Those of us in the countryside would more or less stay untouched.

Well, I think we'd see a bunch of lefties getting nervous and making day old accounts to look for tips on what to watch out for.

You ever seen eastern Ukraine or the Russian constitutional crisis? It’s hell

It depends who has control of the military. The other side would likely have to do like they do in the middle east, fight guerilla style, pop up, do damage, disappear.

I think a very big portion of it would be on the digital battlefield.

Big bada boom. Leeloo Dallas Multipass.

Out of Nellis AFB.

It's good to have friends with access to munitions.

Pedes, do not fear radioisotopes.

I'm not sure how a civil war would start exactly, but I think it would form up, not as state versus state, but as big cities versus everyone. That wouldn't turn out well for those bloated, parasitic hives, but I don't see how we'd get there from here.

I think Tim pool described it best based on his first hand experience in other cou tries civil war. There will be no fronts. Just skirmishes and battles
