-Shut our country down for a disease barely as powerful as the flu
-Burn our great cities TO THE GROUND!!!... FOR 9 MONTHS STRAIGHT!, and intimidate people for wanting the freedom endowed to us in our founding document
-Use the virus TO STEAL THE ELECTION WITH MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC!!!!
-Throw out all cases to hear the evidence, GOING AS FAR AS THE SUPREME COURT!!!!... despite there being no evidence in that Russian hoax.
-Get threatened to be put on a list for supporting our country and you
-Being wiped off of any social media relevant to main stream
-AND MORE!!!**

I don't mean to be a downer but...
He cannot use the insurrection act or martial law. The former cannot be used for election related issues because of changes made to it after 1875, the latter can only be used if every other part of government and the courts are shut down. Lincoln use martial law during the civil war and even that was found to be unconstitutional. Either way though, he doesn't have the military support to do either of those things. As far as military tribunals, those are only used for people in the military. You can't put someone like Pelosi in front of one.
Declassifying things is something he can do, and something he might be saving as a parting shot for right as he leaves. He should also pardon Assange and Snowden. I'd be interested in his reasons for not doing so yet actually.
We watched the left prosecute innocent people for supporting Trump.
Whether or not it's lawful gets decided later; for now, he must act. Unconstitutional doesn't mean shit. Gun laws are unconstitutional. Mass surveillance is unconstitutional. National security secrecy for the CIA is unconstitutional. Indefinite detention under the patriot act is unconstitutional. WE DO NOT HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT,
So all we need are those willing to act, not some words on paper giving us permission.
