Article 1 Section 3 Clause 6
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.
If it gets to the Senate Impeachment is a done deal.
That is not how it works. Johnson, Clinton, and Trump have all been impeached. Per article 1 section 2 of the constitution, the House of reps "shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."

You're not a felon unless you get convicted after a trial and process just like impeachment. Your counting step one of a 3 step process a victory for them? The reality is, Impeachment alone is meaningless since it can be done along party lines easily.
impeached is the same as saying "don't like"
it USED to mean "credibly accused" but they pissed that away, didn't they?
