They look like UH60s, Blackhawk. The pic is pixalated enough that they could even be Apaches. The refueling boom is typically used for search, rescue and SOCOM. No expert though.

This was North Orange County. We don't get these type of fly overs. Daughter (Ret Army) says they are probably NG.

Orange County, CA has Joint Force Training Base, Los Alamitos and the 160th SOAR flies choppers in and out of there on the regular.
Those are 160th SOAR aircraft.
