I have 4 different days and rotate constantly with no planned days off. Days off happen, though. Sometimes I would go before and after work to finish everything. I quit going do to coronavirus. I thought it was a cold at first, but the lack of energy combined with sleeping issues made me keep skipping.
This pede has been hitting the gym 12 times a week. Before and after work, only one day off.
I focus on different muscle groups and sometimes just cardio/calisthenics. I'm never sore.
