Photos of soldiers sleeping is not propaganda. There is no narrative besides: Hey we have more troops in DC than we have deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. If Biden thinks it will look good for him to be inaugurated, surrounded by troops defending him from no one, then he isn't a very good politician. We have real propaganda to worry about. If you hadn't noticed. Under the current configuration, they're winning elections against this large base of supporters due to their propaganda apparatuses. Ignoring the effect it has and dismissing it as "only working on the vast majority of the populace" isn't going to change anything.
