Like I said on another post, if reason behind impeachment was a lie, does it mean the people who voted for it are guilty of insurrection?

Not just insurrection. I mean shouldn't they all be disbarred or something if they were certain they were going to vote that some guy committed a crime but it's now been proven they didn't have evidence?
