They're saying republican insiders facilitated the incidents. I doubt it. There were antifa/blm agitators, and there were insiders who let them in and who later let in the rest. Also, the security setup looked pretty poor. They tried to hold a huge perimeter with way too few officers. They should have held the building's perimeter itself, the doors and windows, mostly from the inside.
