I have clicked on enough boats and bicycles to last for a lifetime so I installed privacy pass in my browser:
https://privacypass.github.io/
Privacy Pass is Open Source and supported by Cloudflare to enable users to redeem passes instead of having to solve CAPTCHAs to visit Cloudflare-protected websites. So you have to do the check only once and after that privacy pass signs an anonymous certificate so that you do not have to do it again.
It works on desktop chrome (bad b/c google) and firefox (bad b/c SJW). I assume it also works on derivatives like brave. It does not work on mobile browsers, but on Android you can install Kiwibrowser that works with desktop chrome extentions (incl. privacy pass)
