True! I was at Costco before Christmas. There was panic in the paper isle again. Someone said you couldn't find it anywhere & gave me one of their packs after realizing there was a purchase limit. I bought it figuring I could divided up and give some to my kids. I never looked at what I was buying, it was the worst TP ever. One daughter took it because she was completely out. My other daughter took 1 roll and said she'd keep looking :)
We stocked up on TP and canned goods if only because we're living in clown town and all it takes is one big clownening to make TP rare again.
