Considering the last 2 months, SCOTUS can rule or not rule on anything they like, ignore anything that does not fit the establishment narrative, and do whatever the fuck they want.

This is re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titantic. It is completely pointless. Trump will not use the military, Dem led coup successful. We lost with grace again guys. Do you feel extra graceful? Because I do.

I agree wholeheartedly with the first paragraph immediately above (except the “last 2 months” part) - SCOTUS asserted itself into co-equal being by way of Marbury v. Madison (1803). It’s not difficult for it to manufacture the circumstances required to bring before it any given issue for hearing and decision. For what it’s worth, the Court is likely to be our last bastion against the insidious threat of far eastern hegemony.
