The problem is not money it is artists. Artists are generally not conservative personalities. Good artists have a high degree of openness in their personalities and conservatives do not. This is why so few good actors, directors, writers or rock stars are conservative.
Watch Christian movies. They are typically terrible because they are not made by artists but by propagandists. I say that as a Christian.
I agree though, that we need to figure out a way around this to compete in the culture wars.

Disagree. The reason so few famous artists aren’t openly conservative is because nowadays fame is inorganic. It’s all a media creation. In some ways that was always true but with the media consolidation, now it’s impossible to be organically famous on some exceptional merit. So as a “famous” person your grip on your position of immense privilege is tenuous. If you ruffle the feathers of the studio, you can be easily de-famed and another willing wannabe can take your place and the media can simply tell the public “okay now this guys famous” and that’s it.
Indeed, look at the careers of Conservative performers and producers who made it to "stardom" - and how their careers wobbled or tanked completely once they were "outed." Gibson, Caveziel, Jon Voight...
How did no talent Winfrey even have a career!!!
And look at the young performers, destroyed by drugs and sex before they attained adulthood...Spears, Bieber, can only imagine what kind of compromises were demanded from them...and why was Weinstein's "hanger on" Renee Zellwegger so badly miscast as Bridget Jones, etc.
Wrong. We are the "canaries in the coal mine." They start on us first. Hitler "disappeared" editors, writers, actors, comedians. He did that by assassination. The Commie cartel currently suffocating the arts does it by economic disenfranchisement - or by the "Weinstein" system of eliminating "non compromisers..." To whom do we complain? NEA? Federal money goes to bureaucrats and admins not to the "creative" element, that actually creates beautiful "product," ie works of art and humanity.

I would like to dissappear many Hollywood types. Sounds like that guy you mentioned had some good ideas.
