Whenever he is saying something that has an underlying alternate meaning... his tone changes.. he gets almost monotone, quieter and talks even slower than normal.
Just something I have noticed in watching thousands of hours of this great man speak.
Every word he speaks is for a reason.
A great example is when he talked about the. 25th amendment being of no risk to him yesterday in Alamo, TX.
Hmmm I wonder when he said “we” need to remain peaceful he meant someone else will fight the war.
