False. You must petition the bastards with reason backed by the threat of force if evidence will be rejected without being heard. I’m not talking about just straight rounding up and killing folks. I mean, you must make the case. You must force the case into session so it is heard. You must present sound evidence and proof. If those are roundly rejected, you must then consider more harsh measures.
