(Redpill) Believe it or not, today's peach mints IS how it is written in the US Constitution; all the other "courtroom drama in the House or House sub-committees" crap of past peach mints is (mostly) NOT what's written in the US Constitution.
It's the 2nd part in the Senate where "the trial" is; in the Senate trial where/when there's the "trial type" things are: presiding judge, witnesses, evidence, etc.
Also keep in mind, as per the US Constitution; peach mints isn't just for removing a POTUS.
Also keep in mind it's not a "criminal court", so many of the criminal court stuff isn't in the peach mint "Senate trial" either.
Of course where these 2nd peach mints are nonsensically unlawful is like the first one too; there clearly isn't any "high crimes or misdemeanors" committed. This is where the Dems once again break their Oaths and are not following the US Constitution (not the haste of the days' vote/process/motion). Dems can't seemingly do anything without violating the law/Constitution.
