You are being too pessimistic. AZ senate is threatening to jail maricopa elections officials for not resisting a forensic audit of Dominion machines. Election integrity is a very real issue in AZ. Kemp and ratburger of GA will both be gone in 2022 if there is reform or not. Finally, you underestimate the power millions of voters haranguing their elected officials can have. They will move in it if we really push for it.
Yes I was. It is a good idea to securer elections where possible, we would just need to push for it in a few other states and then there would be enough electoral votes. But the problem about state laws comes in here, even if Pennsylvania had not had fraud, and Trump had the most votes, apparently they could still send Biden electors just for fuck's sake, and no one will do anything about it even though they are violating their own state laws. The Supreme Court basically said no other states can hold states accountable for breaking their own laws (no standing).
But that's part of the political judo. By demanding security and transparency we make Democrats either 1) agree, or 2) defend insecurity and secrecy. It's a win/win position for MAGA either way.

At least switching to a paper only ballot and tightening up security around the chain of custody. There should be tests of the systems and audits afterwards with consequences in case something like Michigan's "irregularities" are found. Ideally, voting would be done on only one day. If they want to print the ballot and have the person fill it out at their home then hand it in with their picture id and voter registration checked so they don't have to wait in line, fine. No same-day registration. Voter rolls need to be cleaned regularly. There should be cooperation with other states to make sure there aren't any double dippers. You get the gist. A bigger issue in FL is that DeSantis is barely in control. When he loses control, those election officials that make the election fraud possible WILL be back in those positions and the people of Florida will be in the same boat as before. Something also needs to be done about how those elections officials conduct themselves and how they're put in. I can't tell you what can be done about that off the top of my head though, that's something you have to ask someone who actually knows about elections. Getting FL to go back to a paper ballot will be extremely hard since the republicans are quite "proud" of their "clean 2020 election" although any FL resident with a bit of savvy knows just how messed up and how close the Gillum situation was and that little has been done to stop that from happening next election. I am, honestly, a little surprised the democrats kept their head down in FL this election.

Georgia has the Governor and the SOS. That was all we needed to have an honest audit. We see where that went. What we need to know is, of those 23 trifectas, how many are MAGA Republicans? I can speak for my state of Ohio. Leadership are cucks not conservatives. Unconstitutional edicts from the Governor are protected by the political class against the will of the people. If they decide on election integrity bill I guarantee it will be toothless.
Considering this was the exact specific angle that was used in the Texas lawsuit that the Supreme Court rejected to even hear, I doubt it will have much traction. Even though it is a 100% correct argument that should have wiped the election results from the contested states.
