It will make for umpteen lawsuits allowing SCOTUS to step in. The three new ones may have wimped out for Trump but there's no way they like the Dems. Even Roberts might swing back to the center under Biden (but no one will hold their breath).
Yeah, problem is, you'd just make all those R states play by the rules but leave a boatload of other states to commit fraud.
