To be fair, there's no way in Hell I'm going to sneeze into a mask and just let that shit stay in there. There are places I go to where I have to wear one, no fucking way I wouldn't take it off if I had to sneeze. Of course I would try to distance myself and control the spray as best I could as quickly as I could, just like I've always done.
