I would stick to sources that are actually in Trump's sphere's of influence like General Flynn. I think what Robert Steele was trying to say is if we did enact marshal law then Trump would step down and the military takes control of the country. They would then start investigating the election and when they got to the bottom of who won (Trump) they'd reseat him as president at a later date.
