Can any pardons granted while he is impeached by the house but pre Senate investigation be over turned by any future administration?

Nope. It doesn't interfere with any presidential actions until convicted.

Remember, this is the second time he's been impeached and he gave pardons after the first.

Yes I agree with that but the first has already been dealt with by the senate and thrown out. Apparently the Senate is only allowed to deal with impeachment now until the trial is over so they are limited in their actions. Was just wondering if the POTUS is limited in his actions during the trial. Seems the answer is no so far.
