Our current government organization is predicated on XVIII-century information speed. We need to make referendum the corner stone of modern democracy at the local level, but also above. I revere the Constitution but it becomes abundantly clear that elected officials do not respect It. So time for the people to speak again.

I wish somebody would poll me on congressional approval, I could singlehandedly cut that down to 4 or 5%😆
