Our current government organization is predicated on XVIII-century information speed. We need to make referendum the corner stone of modern democracy at the local level, but also above. I revere the Constitution but it becomes abundantly clear that elected officials do not respect It. So time for the people to speak again.

And that fraud would be investigated by whom, the same people currently investigating the fraud? Our problem is not a lack of evidence, it's a lack of officials willing to look at the evidence.
