I think his announcement today is a good strategy, honestly. He is doing exactly what he needs to do to hopefully avoid a full impeachment from (God forbid) the Senate as well. I am still hoping he can run next term.
Um, there is no hope for a next term if our election fraud isn't dealt with now. The Establishment made it crystal clear that our vote no longer matters. I get what you're saying about POTUS making this speech today as a tactic to fend off the Senate. But he really needs to play his royal flush now while still holding office and has the power to act. If not, he will never get the chance to do so again.
