No matter how much you liked them realize that for every one of them who may choose to not follow orders (if it was me I'd at least purposely miss if ordered to fire, I'd never do it in earnest) there are 2 more that are invaders, I'm sorry immigrants from south america/other shit hole imported to vote democrat and replace you.
They come from a place like the congo, kazakhstan, somalia, liberia, or guatemala. Where there is no personal liberty and agents of the state just mow you down for a paycheck without even a second thought. They also regulary are involved with corruption, black mail, and death threats (real ones, not usa death threats) They factually don't respect life in many of these cultures. They'll torture and maime, and kill for fun. Then tell people the stories of it.
Picture this they kidnap you and your family. Tie you up and have a gun on you at all times, never left alone. They cut off you (the father) and any sons you have arms and legs. When you're completely helpless and can do nothing even to give yourself the illusion you can stop them they cut you dicks off. Prop you up and make you watch as they rape your wife and daughters. After they finish with each and everyone has their turn, they cut their throat and move to the next youngest until they are dead. They are laughing the whole time and at that point if you're lucky they'll mercifully off you. But often refuse to kill you knowing that living like that and with those memories is a fate far worse than death.
Sound crazy? It is. Even the most vile criminal of european descent is not going to typically be like this. Yes I know you can pull someone from history that was serial killers. You're talking about 1 person among a billion people that have been living and dying for centuries. So uncommon you even know the persons name. But the story I've just told you is not even an uncommon thing for some of these people. It's a typical cartel hit on say a cop, or a man in their military who didn't cooperate with them.
