Yes. #2. McConnell says he'll reconvene the Senate on 1/19. Constitution says Senate is not to conduct any other business until the trial is concluded. Not sure when they will take it up. Could give POTUS Trump/Mr. Trump opportunity to present a public defense to the world of "We have it all", starting with the election fraud. Once that evidence is presented, I suppose he could demand the the Congress, by Unanimous Consent, declare him POTUS-Term 2, and continue with the presentation of evidence, which could take a couple of weeks. This last part is mere speculation.
