Nobody is calling them Qtards for believing in God & country. They're calling them Qtards for buying everything Q says for years, after so many things he's said in the past have been complete bullshit.
I'll give you an example. There was a Q meme here a few days ago that showed a news headline about Nancy Pelosi & impeachment. Alongside that was a cryptic Q message from 3 years ago that said "Down she goes". OP was trying to imply that this was some sort of Q proof or some such, because "Down She Goes" was on January 18th, and the Senate impeachment process, which Nancy Pelosi started, would begin January 19th. So yeah, obviously, Q must have known all along!!!
Okay, that's all fun & games, like a horoscope, right? You can find something relevant to "Down she goes" damn near any day you want to if you try hard enough. Yet...they completely ignore everything else. The exact same message that said "Down she goes" also stated "this will be the END of the D party" and "this will be the path forward to jail many untouchables", both of which were nonsense claims, but ignored by the "believers".
That's the problem with Q. He never claims anything. He just breadcrumbs you dumb fucks. He implied Trump pretended to collude with Russia (He didn't at all, not even pretend), so that Mueller could get an investigation going and investigate stuff with impunity. That was bullshit too.
