Here is the link to the video. One guy came up with a theory about FEMA and the powers that they have and how the IA could have been a red herring this whole time. I found it really interesting :)
Well part of the theory is that a whole bunch of Congress men and women will have committed treason/other crimes and there would be many vacancies for their seats, and I'm guessing we would need to hold special elections to replace them.
Not saying it will happen, but that's the idea. The swamp would be drained.
