Ah she thinks it's some sick thing that Don Jr is into where he's posted a picture of himself kneeling next to a kill, knife in one hand and part of the animal in the other (I think it was a tail he'd severed, not 100% sure on that detail).
It's nuts. Just more selective outrage. I've never been hunting myself but it's not exactly a big secret how much work goes into properly dealing with an animal after it's been killed. You don't just shoot it once then throw the entire thing onto a fire!
I would disagree, hunters pay for conservation through hunters safety courses and tag issuance. A game manager makes an analysis of herd populations in an area and determine the amount of tags that can be issued. This prevents overpopulation of a herd and prevents additional suffering of a herd when say we have a harsh winter and the deer or elk are competing for food and water. If a herd is too big for the environment they are in without any additional controls many more starve and throws off the balance of an ecosystem. Conservation and selective culling actually helps deer populations. Animal conservation in the United States is mostly funded by hunters.
