This is exactly what Dems were saying 4 years ago about Trump. They were insane. Unfortunately, I think your fears are justified, though it will probably be slightly less horrific, like maybe doubling of income tax and soldiers on every street corner who are ordered to watch as gangs from the inner cities raid the homes of the privileged people living in the suburbs.
