Hey guys,

I lost over $10K betting on Trump to win the 2020 election. We all know that he did win with irregularities going through the fucking roof.

Are there any legal experts out there that recommend something to try to get my money back? We all know that this election was rigged.

The main site I used to bet was mybookie.ag

If there’s something anyone recommends, I will try it out. Class action lawsuit?

I would be willing to part with my money if it was a fair election but it was not.

Thanks.

My sons and I lost $$$ too, but haven't a clue about any form of redress. To be honest atm trying not to think about it too heavily - I think you of all people would know why.

I’ll catch up when I hear they make an actual discovery. The problem with that show, and most of the ones on history, is that if they actually get to the bottom of it (pun halfway intended) then the show is over.

Unless there was any stipulations on how he would win I’d think you’re screwed, Legally or not Biden go it. We know he cheated but ultimately he’s in, as far as a ‘bet’ goes.

If it happens. Wait for class actions for you to join. Pursuing a case like this would cost you more money than it's worth.. .

See if you can find out if they have any ties to any companies involved with the voter fraud

A bitter pill to swallow. It seems like we are living in an alternate universe.

Haha I’m sure that an Obama appointed judge will give us a fair trial 👍🏻

They will pay us out. Plenty of pissed off bettors will email and call the bookies to death. Trump will win. I'm emailing bet365 customer service on the 20th. Hell, the worst case scenario is a lawsuit and bookies know they'll lose the case. They're screwed big time!!!

These dumb faggots saying “why you gamble?”...when you see a sure thing at 10-1 odds you put as much fucking money down as you can. I’m out 4K, hoping something happens Wednesday that will at least allow me to dispute

Haha buddy it was the bet of a lifetime. With the odds stacked against Prez, I would have made over $30K-$35K off of $10K worth of bets. Some of the states were paying out 8-1. I knew there would be some funny business but I had no idea that the Dems could just change votes to whatever they like. I’m going to wait until the 20th and then I’m hitting my betting website with a letter from my lawyer. I may even send over Peter Navarro’s reports on the fraud.

I'm sure there's some fine print in there about a "win" being decided by the AP within a couple days in their definition of the bet. Plus legal recourse may be hard if placing the bet was not legal to begin with (jurisdiction pending)

If you get your country back, through the only path that seems possible right now (mass arrests), you’ll probably forget about the money

Pretty sure most of those bookie sites are off shore so I don’t think you have a whole lot of legal options for remedy.

Like a referee calling a bad Call Turned the Game Around At the Very End .. Now sue the Referee. 👌

You take the risk of a fraud election when you made the bet. A smart person would have said, " Maybe I shouldn't bet all this money because the left likes to cheat". So no, no lawyer will give you a case. That's a personal choice you made.
