Serious question, wouldn't he just get more charges again on his next release?

BunnyPicnic 16 points ago +16 / -0

Once you are pardoned, you cannot be v tried for those same crimes/allegations. But, knowing how Dems operate, they don't need crimes to be broken. They can say he committed a crime, and the public will believe them.

dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not me. Its to the point whatever democrats say, I know it is the opposite.

Serious reply - Trump could talk about charging Assange with undermining the election and helping Biden to get elected, and threaten to release highly classified intel showing how Assange did that.

The idiots in Congress would treat Assange like a hero and fight to get and keep him free. They would fight to keep that information (even if it doesn't exist) classified.

Yes, they are that stupid.

Someone brilliantly pointed out that Assange is a political prisoner and a martyr for the movement and not a criminal. Added we need to stop parroting the Left’s narrative that crimes were committed and refer to him and others (Kyle Rittenhouse) that are jailed or persecuted as political prisoners thereby breaking the conditioning.

Bozhi 5 points ago +5 / -0

Wouldn't he have to be convicted of something first?

4
mugatucrazypills [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not in our Mafia justice system. But they'd have to start over and they have to work around double jeopardy rules, statute limitations and basically build a fraudulent case on material from over a decade ago.

Or just have some leftist sloot with no morals and crazy eyes that could strip the paint off a boat accuse him of doing a rape. Poof, he’ll be in jail for 20 years.

mugatucrazypills [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

MORE FAKE RAPE

Judge refuses to unseal criminal charges against Assange By MATTHEW BARAKAT

January 30, 2019

He only has charges in the US, which is why the UK was going to hold him until extraditing him

And the UK judge only denied extradition to discourage a Trump pardon, you can tell the denial was disingenuous because he got denied bail

sentient-potato 4 points ago +4 / -0

This. This is the one thing I really hope for.

4
Count_Dyscalculia 4 points ago +5 / -1

If he doesn't then he deserves everything that's going to happen to him. I hired him to Fight. Not talk Shit and then reschedule the fight.

Serious Question 2: Can he as an Australian even be pardoned?

1
mugatucrazypills [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hey citizenship isn't the issue.

2
TheRedPlanet 2 points ago +2 / -0

And Snowden! Send a big final fuck you to the FBI and the CIA

Not in U.S. custody means no pardon.

1
dougwiser 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe if Acosta volunteered to let Julian kick him in the nuts the day Assange gets pardoned and CNN aired it live at noon

1
DMS58 1 point ago +1 / -0

Look closely at the picture. Are those White House Curtains?

1
mugatucrazypills [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

if i were to guess I'd say it's the Equadorian embassy.

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good catch - I sincerely hope you are correct

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is one of the few things I hope to see come to pass, soon.

1
dougwiser 1 point ago +1 / -0

I have to wonder why total horse tooth jackasses like James Abilio Acosta still claim to be journalists, because they could not even lick Julian's bawls for his so called best story

There are no fair trials to be had anywhere, any more.

Send the marines to extract him.

2
dianabrown1 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, like Gnrl Flynn. Not possible. Not for anyone anymore.

-2
d3plor4ble -2 points ago +1 / -3

Assange has been freed from prison in the UK!

MarquisBoniface 1 point ago +1 / -0

He got "denied extradition", but two days later the judge made sure he got denied bail as well, while the US "appeals" that decision

So the judge clearly expects to reinstate charges with Biden

1
d3plor4ble 1 point ago +1 / -0

That doesn't make sense. They ruled he could not be extradited.

-3
bigbossman2 -3 points ago +2 / -5

I have major reservations about giving this guy anything.

Edward Snowden yes.

1
ObviousPatriot69 1 point ago +2 / -1

There is a very real possibility Edward Snowden was in fact an actual traitor. Think about the sheer amount of media coverage the guy got on basically all MSM news stations. Think about what we now know about the MSM, I mean hollyweird made a movie about the guy glorifying him.....

1
MarquisBoniface 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oliver Stone did, yes, but Stone also likes Assange

Snowden also got attacked for rt'ing Veritas footage about Assange

https://www.rt.com/usa/509889-project-veritas-assange-pardon/

1
mugatucrazypills [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Actually, it's the other way around. Snowden is guilty by the letter of the law. He was commissioned in our intelligence services and signed papers that made his actions criminal. Assange was an international journalist who exposed information taken by other people that exposed out government many organizations war crimes and criminiality. The journalist has first protection.

Snowden should be pardon as well because the systems that he revealed were breaking the law and violating the constitution systematically and building the digtial Global Digital Prison we now face. There was no remedy at law to reveal or overcome the Crimes Snowden exposed. The pardon in his case does recognizes that a law was broken but that the public interest was served.

1
ObviousPatriot69 1 point ago +1 / -0

I sure hope all of this gets untangled.

1
Tifa09 1 point ago +2 / -1

From what I read Snowden is Zuckerberg's cousin and I wouldn't trust that. Just saying that's sus! It's most likely why he still has an account online and not actually banned.

1
mugatucrazypills [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

so we're doing Bill of Attainders now ?

they really did shred the constitution

I am sad to say that Julian Assange is no longer with us and was murdered during torture by members of the CIA, on Oct. 17th 2019. They killed a great man who was doing good!

2
Haz85 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fuck off

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

dont beleive it

I believe Julian is alive. There are some who think Julian’s deadman switch went off and it caused a major internet outage.

-1
Tenspot20 -1 points ago +1 / -2

I don't like it either!
