Every case that was dismissed was done so based on standing, not based on the merits of the case itself. No evidence was ever presented, because a case needs to be heard in order to present evidence.
Bribed, threatened, or blackmailed. At the very least someone could have ordered a new election but not even that happened. It's completely illogical that these judges let the constitution burn without threats of some kind to them and their families.
