I grow and preserve the vast majority of my fruit and vegetables.
I go to a local butcher for my locally raised meats.
A mom and pop corner grocery supplies my GOYA beans et al and Bob’s Red Mill (sometimes King Arthur) grain products.
And the farmer’s market takes care of most of the rest.
I am fortunate I know how to cook and bake and sew...
People need to do what they are able but I urge every patriot to break the binds of global commercialism. It is difficult...
... FOR EXAMPLE: I am trying to purchase a harness for my son’s dog because she has developed throat abscesses and can no longer wear a collar. I am a week into this search and can only find harnesses made in CCP land. FU CCP — I will most likely end up making my own out of rope and knots.... I may even get crazy and macramé the straps....
Do what you are able and let’s collectively break our dependence on despots — be they politicians or corporations....
Actually I found a small local harness maker about 100 miles from me.... who would have thunk it....
I should have my locally, hand crafted dog harness by Tuesday — crafted with more quality than I could have provided — nylon webbing can be tricky to sew with a standard Singer...
Im starting to run out of places to get groceries :'(
Buy from a small local place!
Crap, Krogers is it then🐸
Duly noted Fren
Figures it has to be the one grocery store that doesn't give me a hard time about masks.
Kroger, if there’s one by you, never says anything to me.
I haven't personally tried there, but I know a couple of people who allege they've been kicked out for not being diapered up.
Never seen a meijer. Are they a midwest chain or something?
Michigan-based, in 5 states I believe.
They are in michigan
in IL i think
I've seen them all over Kentucky and Indiana.
All over Ohio.
Meijer is just Wal-Mart with a fancy sounding name so the Wal-Mart types can feel fancy.
The virgin meijer vs the chad kroger vs the thad publix
KROGER # 1 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Super One if you can find one is based.

Good for you! A lot of times good local businesses can not be found because they have no website or just a f.ckbook page.
It took a bit of looking — and there she was!
Super happy I found her company as I really didn’t want to take the time to macrame the harness....
If we all look we can find folks in our communities providing the goods and services we want/need
Wife and I just added them to our "Fuck'em" list, Wal-Mart has been on that list for 10+ years already.
