Matt Braynard found enough non-dominion fraud in three states to alter the outcome of the election.

...and he was being VERY cautious with his results (he only counted what he could definitively prove).

2020 Election Was Stolen

He's 100% correct that the investigation into voting irregularities and election integrity needs to continue full speed ahead after Jan. 20. We can't just drop this. We will have the time to examine each issue during the 2020 meticulously. A robust, credible and well-sourced report can be used as a basis for investigations, for later Congressional hearings, for legislation, etc. A credible, well-sourced report would be a powerful source and tool for reform.

My suspicion, however, is that the fraud in 2020 was caused by the rule changes (loosened rules for absentee voting, ballot drop-off boxes, no signature verification, etc.). And I don't know how you can prove that a vote was invalid under these rules. It's like unbaking cake. Once a cake is baked, you can't isolate the ingredients but you can look at the recipe and understand why the cake turned out the way it did.

Most of those "rules" weren't done by the state legislature iirc.

Which changes weren't implemented by state legislatures? States decide the time, place, and manner of elections.

Just off the top of my head, Pennsylvania sending out hundreds of thousands (millions?) of unsolicited mail-in ballots was unilaterally done by the Governor...

... And the challenge to this which made it to the Supreme Court was dismissed for nO StAnDiNg because they said you would've need to bring the lawsuit before the election (when there was no harm yet, in which case I'm sure it would've been dismissed on the same basis, for the classic judiciary punt of 2020).

Oh yeah, you're absolutely right. Pennsylvania was probably the worst offender with all of its election procedure changes in the runup to 2020. Georgia is a close runner up.

The judicial dismissals based on 'standing' were ridiculous. What entity other than a campaign would have standing? Especially when the damage has already been done.

If a case was brought prior to the election, the court would have smeared the claims as "speculative" and that there was no "injury in fact." Total horse crap.

I'm talking about the items that were changed by the judicial or executive, for example, PA changes to mail in voting deadline, and lack of signature verification.

Oh right. Governors and such. In Pennsylvania, I believe the changes by the Governor were unilateral and in violation of state law, which said only state legislatures could make changes to election procedures. I'm sure, though, that the Governor was citing some "emergency" provision because of covid that purportedly allowed him to make changes.

The dude came off as a stone cold professional everyday since November 3rd.

I can only imagine the fire in him right now, as the election outcome that got accepted in DC is functionally calling him a liar.

Can anyone explain why the lawsuits were dropped?

Obviously Matt is confident in his findings because of how diligently he worked to ensure they were accurate

So who dropped them and why??

If you think in this instance we can have a legal resolution months and months after Biden gets inaugurated you're poorly mistaken.

All of these investigations will be squelched and the actors involved jailed or suicided.

Not all states are corrupt like Georgia. But ALL states are vulnerable to the tricks these corrupt politicians pull in order to steal elections.

Keep fighting election fraud, so that the honest states we have left in the union, stay honest and do not get overrun by corrupt politics. The next Ilhan Omar may be lurking in your district; we must remain diligent and kick these swamp creatures out of power at all costs.

They haven't conquered all 50 states, and those whom still respect our founding fathers can form a new union if we must.
