Its because all these psychos say this and much worse in private. They despise middle americans and have no respect for them, this is why they get such a kick out of humiliations rituals. When someone like this gets in "trouble" they are being fussed for letting this out in public and possibly ruining their grift, not because they said something reprehensible.
