Is it just me or should people like Flynn and the my pillow guy be strongly looked down on from here on out? Flynn went on Alex Jones' show the day before the 6th and said he was 10 out of 10 certain that Trump would get a second term. To me that's literally insane. He didn't say it was a coin toss. He could've at least said he was 9 out of 10, leaving some room for 'the plan' (whatever the hell it was supposed to be) not working. But he said 10 out of 10.
It makes me wonder how a person with judgement that shitty even got to be a general in the first place, and that's scary to think about. He mentioned one possibility on the 6th being Pence does something that buys them 10 more days. But it was a big IF that Pence could've or would've pulled that off. Back before the 6th nobody knew what was going to happen, apparently not even Trump (as evidenced by his speech on the 6th). And even if he had done it, what's 10 more days? We had 60 days to flip ONE state, and still hadn't.
It seems really irresponsible of him to say that shit and get people's hopes up, to me. Unforgivably so. How could he have been so careless? He said things that just poured gas on the fire for people who are more and more detached from reality, living in a fantasy world that Trump uses the military or who knows what. It sucks that Biden is going to be inaugurated, but what's the point of getting people's hopes up for them to be dashed on the 20th?
Then AFTER the 6th and Pence just counted the Biden electors, Lindell makes a video still saying the same thing, Trump will still remain president. Does this guy like making money? Because what's going to happen after the 20th when everyone sees that he was selling false hope? What's going to happen to his business then? He could've just said 'we still support Trump and think the election was stolen" and he still would've sold pillows. I for one won't want to buy shit from that guy when it turns out he was essentially lying to everyone.
What explains these guys? I'm not even bringing Lin Wood into this because fuck that guy, he's not even worth talking about. But Flynn was a general and Lindell a popular businessman who was publicly known as a buddy to Trump. Why did these two lay so much on the line and sabotage their own images this way? Does anyone have any takes on this that could explain it? And have either of them said anything more recently admitting they were wrong?
ok but you do understand that even with proof of something like that, you still have to go through some kind of legal process to actually do something. which takes time. days. and on the 20th, there are no more of those 'day' things left. because that's the day biden takes over.
I am an attorney, so yes, I understand when a legal process is necessary. Flynn's statements clearly described a situation which would not fall under the jurisdiction of US Civil/Criminal Courts. Flynn described an act of war which should have been addressed by military tribunals.
To be clear, I am of the opinion that the amount of voter fraud we witnessed amount to a declaration of war against the citizens of the USA. Unfortunately, USA Citizens are not equal to the USA Government (anymore) and the USA Government are the aggressor against the USA Citizens specifically in this election fraud fiasco. See the problem?
the problem is flynn lied when he said he was 10 out of 10 sure that whatever the plain is would guarantee a trump victory. either that or he has horrible judgement and never should've been a general.
since you're an attorney maybe you can explain to me why this 'military tribunal' plan requires waiting until the day of inauguration? see because, the other court cases, they used the strategy called 'bringing them in a timely manner since this is a time sensitive issue with a deadline'. but apparently military tribunals.. i don't know... what? maybe they exist in a dimension outside of time and space? how does that work?
also could you explain how none of the many many liberals who populate the military, from all the way down to grunts, all the way up to officials (where they seem to dominate), that not any of them have leaked this plan that would require massive amounts of time, preparation, and organization? magic? the first lefty in the military who saw what was going on would run to the media/police/congress and tell everyone that trump was trying to stay in office forever as a dictator by using the military. hell there'd probably even be some trump supporters who'd be uneasy about him trying to use the military. it's a pretty fucking drastic measure and could completely destroy our political system. how do you ever just go back to 4 year elections when a president just said 'naw fuck that dog look at my tanks over here'
