Hmm... I've wondered this lately too. I used to buy into the Democratic Party but am old enough to remember Obama so that is what fixed me. Some key points Obama ran on an antiwar platform I'm sure the internet has some of his very charismatic speeches. Unfortunately no war was ended in 8 years of Obama Trump ended them. Obama also talked in his campaign about ending special interest funding elections. He said it made candidates more loyal to US corporations than to the people they were supposed to represent. Then for 8 years he never even spoke about that again.
At work the other day we were talking about the campaign promise Joe Biden said he would give us $50,000 to pay back college loans and I said I wouldn't expect to get that because politicians never keep campaign promises. Then I casually slipped in except for Trump. When the young man asked me to elaborate I said "promised to bring back troops, did promised to take on big pharma, did" Those are just 2 examples.
Ultimately you may not be able to do anything but wait for the Democratic Party to kill itself. I would expect that they will. GOP and Rhinos already committed suicide over Trump. There is a small chance though that we are going straight for communism and I have no idea how to fix that.
You have some great insight & wisdom. I hope the party gets exposed for who they really are but afraid of the damage they will create along the way. They will not take notice until one of their liberties are taken away. Thank you for your post.
