I contacted them. I hope for a quick response. I am willing to help out as I have been seeing a lack of support from many DDoS protectors in helping TDW from malicious attacks.

Typically, it's better to search for Security than it is for Security to come looking for you. The saying you are, but the latter is statistically more likely to be an infiltration attempt, because it requires that the initiative originates from them and thus they probably have a reason for doing so.
