I definitely saw multiple sources of medium sized crowds already being rowdy and trying to infiltrate areas before Trump was scheduled to speak.
However, with the size of the rally going from atleast the Eclipse to the Washington, some showing up before 5am with a low the of 39°F to listen to their president speak and I highly doubt with the weather only increasing 5° that day that people would leave only 30 minutes into an hour and 20-30 minute speech to join with those who had made headway into infiltration unless they were not really there to listen to his speech to begin with, which isn't MAGA.
That honestly what was what made some dumb "For MAGA, but doesn't represent MAGA" people decide it was smart to go storm the capital after the initial party breached entry.

I can say with certainty the two guys who tore down the first gate barricade on the right of capital grounds weren't antifa. Police put up zero resistance here. The general vibe was to mass on the steps. Second barrier and see what congress does. Whats not covered is there was a huge peaceful rally on stands with people respecting a police line to the roof

My mom and her posse went. She waited til trump finished. When her and her friends showed up at the Capitol she said there was a woman in black with a megaphone screaming and directing people inside. She thought it was really weird and the woman seemed out of place. She knew she wasn’t one of them. I’m sure there are many patriots with the same story.
