Go to Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> See all 103 apps
Then go to each useless google app that the communists won't let you uninstall from your phone like Chrome, google, gmail, Calendar, Assistant, Duo, Maps, Youtube, etc and select disable. I like removing all permissions too but that's just me.
Much better.
Just get a flip phone at that point and save cash.
